Holidays With Heart is a unique travel campaign created to raise funds to assist with the provision of respite facilities and services across a broad range of diseases and disabilities as well as to raise funds for the Australian Huntington’s Disease Association (National), supporting families affected by Huntingtons Disease.

All donations are appreciated, however, our hope is to have all Australians book their holidays and travel with a Holidays With Heart Member.  Financial Members able to contribute include Hotels, Resorts, Attractions, Cruise, Rail, Coach, Airlines, Tour Operators and Travel Companies.

id Services Australia – Travel & Lifetsyle with its Happy Days Foundation advocates the work of the many and varied foundations and charities along with all government and non-government organisations who are working each day toward supporting and caring for those in need.  We would also like to acknowledge Carers Australia for their ongoing efforts to assist and support carers of all age groups and ethnicity, from the city to Australia’s remote outback locations, equally so, acknowledgment must also go to the National Rural Health Alliance.

Your holiday enquiry starts here, online within our website.  Upon receipt of your initial enquiry we then pass on your details to our travel agent partners who manage all airline ticketing, member resort and hotel bookings, car hire and all other essentials to make your holiday a success.  It is at this time that our friendly travel consultants will call you to finalise your holiday itinerary and travel needs, from a two night stay in Melbourne, to a 15 day Top End adventure or an epic 5 week overseas vacation – it will all add up to help our cause.  Please note, there are no hidden charges or extras built in.

The Happy Days Foundation along with the Holidays With Heart travel initiave was created by Chris Fenech JP, Managing Director of id Services Australia – Travel & Lifestyle with the intention to raise funds to support specialist respite facilities and services for his family and other families affected by Huntington’s Disease.  Chris Fenech… “While my intention was initially to support HD alone, hence the Happy Days Foundation, it felt wrong to singularly focus on just HD so I decided to apply a broader brush and establish a list of recipient charities and foundations Australia-wide, only time will tell if this idea takes off… I’m certain once all Aussies work out what I’m trying to do it will, here’s to hoping, the worst that could happen is those that do take part will be enjoying their holiday while supporting a good cause without spending any more money than they would have if they didn’t book through Holidays With Heart…”.

The Kimberley region within far north-western Australia has a wonderful history which continues today – from the ancient civilisation of the Australian indigenous people, to those European explorers who paved the way for today’s pastoral industry.
